Sector-18 Yamuna Expressway

The Government of Uttar Pradesh established an autonomous body known as the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) to promote planned and systematic development along the Yamuna Expressway region. The Authority launched its first residential plot scheme in Sector 18 and Sector 20 in the year 2009, and the first draw of lots was successfully conducted between October and November of the same year. Applications were invited for residential plots in different sizes, including 300 sq. mtr., 500 sq. mtr., 1000 sq. mtr., 2000 sq. mtr., and 4000 sq. mtr. The plots were initially allotted at a rate of Rs. 4,750 per square meter, and these allotted plots are now available in the resale market at premium prices.
